When the updates on a data file like that happens but then still says it needs to be updated it means it didn't actually get an updated file. It's probably a problem with my files on Dropbox which I will be trying to figure out. It's just bad timing as having a migraine can make it hard to me to think straight even after the pain is gone.

Ok, I tired to force an update again on 50 Fathoms and Deadlands Noir. Try those now and let me know if it's still asking to update after you've updated them.

Here's another weird one I just discovered. For Constructs (yes, I have an Android in the Last Parsec game my group is playing) the Hindrance: Vow shows up twice on the character sheet - once under Racial Properties and once under Hindrances. The Racial Properties Vow uses the wording from the SF Companion while the Hindrances Vow uses the wording from SW Deluxe. Any chance the Hindrances Vow can be removed when the next update comes out?

Ok, I raised the version number one more unit on DLNoir (3.5 instead of 3.4). See if it fixes the problem for that one. If so I'll do 50 Fathoms that way,too.

Ok, do you see any errors with DN in the name after the update, at least? I'm not sure I know how to fix it saying there is still a new update but it SHOULD have the new file, at least (because the old file doesn't even exist on Dropbox anywhere so...)

The errors I'm getting are in a screen shot attachment a few posts back. There are a lot of them, but they all seem to start with edgHSFM.

The HS ones are for High Space, which I can't do anything about but you could move that High Space Spaceships.user file out of your data/savage folder. Your screenshot shows a single edg50 item which should be 50 Fathoms, but I'd try one last update on that one after you've moved the High Space file and, even if it still shows as needing to be updated again, just ignore that and see if you are getting any more errors.
