On Thursday morning (Nov. 5th) at 10 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. We expect up to about 20 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

NOTE: This maintenance was originally scheduled for Wednesday morning (Nov. 4th) but has been changed to Thursday (Nov. 5th).

UPDATE: This maintenance has been cancelled and will be performed at a later date TBD.

On Thursday morning (Nov. 12th) at 10 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 20 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: This maintenance has been cancelled. However, we may still schedule some downtime for Hero Lab Online later in the day, but this is still TBD.

UPDATE: Tentative downtime for HLO mentioned in the previous update has been cancelled.

UPDATE: We are investigating a problem and HLO will be down a bit longer than expected, sorry for the delay.

UPDATE: We are investigating a problem and HLO will be down a bit longer than expected, sorry for the delay.

We plan to briefly take down Hero Lab Online to deploy bug fixes at 4pm pacific today Nov. 23 (12am 11/24 UTC). We expect downtime to be 5 minutes or less.

Our account/sales servers and new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during this time.

We are aware that a number of our servers are inaccessible as of a few minutes ago (including Hero Lab Online).

We are investigating the issue and contacting our hosting provider. We will provide more information as soon as it is available. We are working to get things back up as soon as possible.

UPDATE: There was apparently a network backbone issue for the company that hosts all of our servers but the outage appears to be over and Hero Lab Online is back up and running. The outage lasted from approximately 11:57 pm pacific to 12:08 am pacific. Thank you for your patience.
