Initiating at character creation

Hi,

I'm enjoying playing around with SR6 in Hero Lab online. One question, if I add a rank of Initiation at character creation (i.e. before switching to advancement mode), how do I pick a metamagic? Cheers.

Hey guys, it's not supposed to be possible to initiate during character creation. This came up during a game I was playing recently where I -had- initiated at character creation (because HLO allowed it). But in the rules as written, initiation isn't discussed until the advancement section. The CDT agent clarified it shouldn't be available at character creation.
