Every time I try to start Hero Lab, I get the following error. Looking for advice on how to correct the problem. Fortunately, Hero Lab then restarts in safe mode and gets past the error...really just an inconvenience.

Have you downloaded the latest version that changed Ultimate Psionics into the "Pathfinder 3PP Pack"? Your calling it Psionics Unleashed but that community package changed its name a long time ago.
So what did you install lately? Go to "Tool->Manage Third Party Updates" and tell me what you have loaded. Hero Lab Resources: Pathfinder - d20pfsrd and Pathfinder Pack Setup 3.5 D&D (d20) - Community Server Setup 5E D&D - Community Server Setup Hero Lab Help - Hero Lab FAQ, Editor Tutorials and Videos, Editor & Scripting Resources.
