For some reason, When I select this, on for example a Tiger, at creation. It drops the speed down from a 40 to 30. While I'm not 100% sure, I don't think this is supposed to occur, though I may be missing something. Also, as a note, if wolf is selected, it drops from 50 to 30
Specifically, Small race Cavalier on a Tiger (Not usually allowed but allowed by GM so, ignore the red bit) So, am I missing something, or is this a bug to be reported? Thanks Weave |

Is the size of the animal changing, to match your size?

The animal retains it's correct size.
After your question though I did a bit more testing. What seems to happen, is if I select that at lvl 1 (like I would an archetype) it sets the companion to 30 move, but as soon as I hit 4th level, it corrects the speed back to what it should be. So I guess the easy answer is, just don't add that selection till it's needed. Thanks for getting me thinking a bit more. Weave |
