Hello.
I am trying to develop a Ranger alternative where they have more than one Combat Style, and no spellcasting abilities. So I copied the Ranger and dumped spellcasting easily enough. I tried to simply copy the formatting used for the Combat Style in place of the spellcasting option under the editor, but when I go to try and select the second style from the character ranger options, it won't list the styles. I went through all the bootsraps and stuff, and just can't seem to pin down the styles and how to get a second set of them available Anyone know what I am missing/need to do? Any help would be great, thanks! |

Can you make a copy of the Skirmisher archetype, and instead of adding the new category of abilities, increase the count of combat style abilities and bonus feats?

EDIT: Nope that does not work. In fact, when I made the copy of Skirmisher (step by step) it does not even allow me to select the Hunter's Tricks like it should. There's something hidden, or a step I am missing, or a switch I can't see somewhere that connects Combat Styles (and it seems to Hunter's Tricks as well) to the Ranger in some fashion. Sigh. Thanks though. Last edited by FCWesel; November 9th, 2011 at 08:11 AM. |

Okay, I figured it out.
In the Archtypes Tab, I simply added in more feats under the secondary abilities section. |
