I'm currently looking for a way to track the usage of the countless wands I currently have.

I've tried adding Custom Magic Items, but can't use custom names, I have tried using pen and paper but while it works, I only use digital tools at the table, so it defeats the purpose of having Hero Lab.

Is there an in app [using a PC/Laptop] way of recording how many charges a wand has?

Currently I have to use a custom container, but that too is bulky and clunky.

Is the idea here that you have multiple Wands of the same type? You can track wand charges on the In-Play tab, or in the case of Custom Wands (not Custom Items) you can edit the wand itself on the Magic tab.

Currently Running: Pathfinder Second Edition
Currently Playing:
Pathfinder First Edition, Star Trek Adventures
Former HL Games: D&D 4e & 5e, Mutants & Masterminds 2E & 3E, Savage Worlds

And I use the Community Pack to give the wands names that make it easier to identify them.

For the wands purchased with Prestige Points (for PFS play), I use the Community Pack to denote that as well.
