Horizon Thunder Sphere Missing?

I bought Secrets of Magic to add this spell to my character, but it does not seem to be showing up in HLO. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

What's your class and casting tradition? Also have you confirmed that Secrets of Magic is turned on for the character? Just trying to cover the general bases. I'm seeing it show up when I try and add it to a wizard spellbook, and it's properly set to be on the Arcane and Primal lists.

My character is a Wizard casting Arcane. Looks like I thought that Secrets of Magic was turned on, but when I checked my settings, it was not. Thanks for the help!
