Placing the secureteck PPP Helmet on a character who already has a helmet is causing an error, I beleive that the PPP Helmet should not count as a headgear...

yes. I envision the PPP as being more a stocking cap type thing, and I want to have a deathmask

"Padded Densiplast" isn't something you can make into a stocking cap. My reading of the rules for that item is that the helmet is the same as a normal helmet, and can't be combined with other helmets like the rest of the PPP can.

Sorry about posting it seperatly, I was not sure if it was a bug or if I was misinterpreting the rules. I posted something on the shadowrun forums to see if I was wrong in my reading, and I guess it is a issue where there is some disagrement among the community, so I thank you for your time with this.
