Password / License Reset - Locked Out

Hi all,

I tried to purchase an add-on. When you try to make the purchase, the website automatically fills in the license number and then you have to enter the password and username in a specific format.. i.e., password0123/johnsmith@gmail.com. (neither of those are real)

So... I tried my password and email in the correct format and it rejected them... tried a few more times and it said they were invalid. Now I'm locked out. Sent an email off to tech support, but no response as of yet.

First... why isn't there a password reset option for your license? I mean, if there is, I can't find it. The website is probably the clunkiest I've ever used which is a shame considering the software is great. Feeling frustrated right now.
