Currently the only way to export is to drag the portfolio from iTunes back onto your computer. There'll be an "Email portfolio" option in the next release, which should be out late next week.

I just installed the herolab app and I'm trying to import my character portfolio via e-mail. I open the e-mail, tap on the .por file, the option to open in hero lab comes up but when I tap on it nothing seems to happen, is there something more I need to do?

Try opening Hero Lab on the iPad, then immediately going back to your mail application and opening the file in Hero Lab. Does that work?

I've been trying, off and on, for a week.
I am with Samurai. ETA oh wait, there it is. The first one I tried somehow came across as a PDF. .por works. Last edited by Sewicked; June 7th, 2013 at 01:36 PM. Reason: More info |

Ok so our cleric uses a spell from The Book of Exalted Deeds. I tried creating the spell using the level editor and I think I got it made, but I can't figure out how to get it into HL so that I can select it as an adjustment during our sessions...
I'm new to this so forgive my ignorance if this is a simple fix... Can anyone advise? Thanks Chris |
