I've been playing around with Sense Vitals, and I was considering making a custom magic item with a continuous Sense Vitals effect, but I can't find a Spell Adjustment for Sense Vitals. Am I doing something wrong or does it not exist?

There are too many spells available in the game to have an adjustment for every one. You can create your own adjustment in the editor and submit it for addition to the Community Pack or to LW.
