For PFS purchases of 25g or more need to be recorded and tracked. Is there any plans for adding this into HL?

Wrong forum. This is Realm Works. You need to post this in the correct "Game System" Hero Lab forum.

Hero Lab Resources:
Pathfinder - d20pfsrd and Pathfinder Pack Setup
3.5 D&D (d20) - Community Server Setup
5E D&D - Community Server Setup
Hero Lab Help - Hero Lab FAQ, Editor Tutorials and Videos, Editor & Scripting Resources.

Even though this was probably a mis-post, it is an interesting question for how to handle it under RW. How do folks introduce and remind players about houserules (or PFS requirements)?

Perhaps adding this as a revealed snippet under the Realm Starting Point. Perhaps under Story Source --> Player Synopsis. Perhaps as a General Article.

As for HL integration with RW and how to track this, for now send a note so the GM who can update the Journal tab with the appropriate title and GP amount for the purchase. Or add it to the PC entry as a custom expenditures snippet.

I add houserules in the corresponding fitting topic about the "normal rule" and flag it with an orange background.
In another realm i have topics contained in a other list called "houserules".

In one sense, any game mechanic article I enter is a "house rule", since I'm not able to just import all of the DnD 5e player's handbook and DM's guide into RW (at least I'm not interested in spending the time to do so).

But I do have a "House Rules" section on the home page to call attention to the following:

1. Any optional/alternate rules from the player's handbook or DM's guide that I've decided to use in the campaign

and

2. Any homebrew rules that clearly contradict or add to the core rules

For my Paranoia realm I've been noting how I do things in GM snippets attached to various chunks of the copy/pasted game info. Given that the GM has all the rules control in Paranoia anyway, it doesn't matter whether something is a house rule. :)

Differentiating house rules seems like a perfect candidate for adding a Tag Domain... Rule Type... values: Added, Changed, Removed, Standard

Wish we could move this over to the regular RW channel since it's not really a valid feature request.... Thank you everyone for the discussion.
