Add Point buy/trade mechanic

I have used a custom advantage/disadvantage system for years for my campaigns. It uses a mechanic very similar to the savage worlds system where you have to take a disadvantage to earn points to spend on advantages.

I was trying to find out if there is a way to implement this in the Pathfinder system with the Editor.
