Is all PF1 content in HLO?

Exploring the new PF1 release and I've finding that things from Bestiary 5 and 6, and maybe anything after Bestiary 2, are not in the vault.

HLO seems to have properly identified that I own these packages, as I don't see them as purchase options in the HLO store. Is anyone able to add creatures from later Bestiaries into the cast or a scene script in Campaign Theater? I wanted to see if this problem is specific to me before I filed a bug.

PF1 Vault has only a small sample of monsters visible right now. We have thousands ready to go, but are working on addressing a performance issue before they are all made available. We hope to have the issue addressed soon.

PF1 - Increased the number of available Vault characters to over 900, including many of the most popular monsters.We are still working on addressing the previously-mentioned performance issue before the rest (several thousand) are all made available. We hope to have the issue addressed soon.
