I reformated my comp and now need to get a new lisence

So i purchased the Army builder proggy online, and got the lisence and all that just fine, installed it and it worked.

No problems there.

Then my computer went kapoot, and i had to reformat it, as well as I puchased a new laptop so I could take army builder with me to games (makes sence?).

When i tryed to register it on my newly reformated PC, it said the lisence was expired. WHen i tryed to do it on my laptop, same deal.

I sent an email to the support page, did not get a responce, so am now curious how I can reinstall Army builder on my machines.

It was payed for by CC, so if need be i can dispute the charges but i really dont want to- i like the product.

Can someone get back to me, please?
