Ruby Phoenix AP?

I see Strength of Thousands was released, any reason Fists of the Ruby Phoenix is behind the APs that came out after it?
Really want those Nail feats and Phoenix bloodline

SoT being a 6 issue AP from level 1 hits a wider range of players, so between the two we decided to have that handled first, but FotRP is on our list for the near-term.
