how do I change the XP to level requirements

The HLO is set to 1000 XP to a level. We use 12 XP per level. How do I adjust this in my PFS characters?

Thanks for the help.
 
Set them to be PFS characters on the Character Settings page. ("Pathfinder Society Organized Play Character")

It's also available when creating a character.
