Yes that method of copying from MS Word does work.. I found it
down a page or 2 in the forum posts. I just assumed you knew
about Daplunk That's why I was suggesting it as a video.
Its complicated enough that it could use a video, until we have a
native RW way of doing it. But it sure beats moving the tables
of some games core rule book cell by cell.....

That's the kind of fate that some guy with with pointy horns and a tail hands
you for eternity...after you passed on...if you've been Baaaad..
Especially if the Devil and some other demons keep bugging you saying
your holding up their game...

I've read that daplunk uses RW in combination with maptools.

My first question: Why?
I only use RW with a TV to throw the Player View there and display NPCs, maps and the like. I guess it is to display the position of players and monsters?!

second:
A short vid on how to set that up and how to work it during a play session would be really nice!

The answer is in this picture

Basically I want Realm Works to be able to display pictures to the players at any time which is why i have the player facing monitor installed. Realm Works only supports output to one extra screen. I need to control 3.

MapTool is also much more efficient for controlling the map. Its also free. We use minis and roll real dice so the only purpose is to display the map and control the Fog of War.

Here's my video on MapTool.

Okay, so you're not using RW for maps at all?!

I first thought you're feeding the RW output into maptools. For me, I'd prefer to work with as few tools as possible. So I', still shying away from maptools et al and am waiting for a way to show player positions in RW. Different map pins would be all I need.

I have the maps in RW and they assist greatly when running the game and i use the fog system to give the player's visibility on what they have explored via the Realm Works Player Clients.

I wish I could feed the output into any VTT, first company to support that I will sign up with.

I do prefer to minimise my tools also. But using RW as a VTT is a real drag. Especially with the size of my realm, I'm pushing RW to it's limits (1 of 2 for largest realm) which means it doesn't always change as efficiently as I would like.

MapTools is instant, and that's absolutely worth using the extra tool for.

Unfortunately, the timeline doesn't seem to be filtered by tags so once you have the topics filtered you'll have to go through them by hand to find the ones with the dates you care about.
This is an old request, but Realmworks doesnt tell time for me, just tell 'em it's tuesday.
