Changing Languages

We've chosen to change one of the starting languages of a race. Is there a way to disable/remove one? Or Change it from one to another?

Hmm, seems we don't have a way to disable a language. Odd. Do me a favor and submit a feature request for this. It'll be something we'll have to discuss how we want to handle, be it just an adjustment or otherwise. Currently an adjustment can at least be used to add the desired language.
