Having Problems Activating My Purchased Content

I've asked support@wolflair.com to help me with this but have heard nothing for nearly a week. Sorry to gum up the forums with tech help..

I have a Patron PF2.0 subscription to HLO.

I have the Advanced Players Guide in my Vault (I bought it).

When I go into character settings to apply the book, I don't have the option to activate it.

Can anyone help me sort this out?

So it still says "Purchase Required" in your Character Settings?

While I don't think it's possible to buy the Vault without buying the book, they are technically separate things (i.e., since I bought books before the Vault copy was complete, I see the Vault options for those books by themselves). You might want to go into the store and confirm that you no longer see the APG for sale when you are logged in.
