Inquisitor question

Sorry if this has been brought up before or I'm asking this in the wrong sub-forum, but I did do a search and I didn't see an Inquisitor-specific forum below.

I'm using the latest version of Army Builder, V3.4b, Imperial list, and I've clicked on the "Availability Restrictions" option. Yet any time I try to add a Force Weapon I get an alert that says, "No characters were found that satisfy the established criteria." I've even tried adding things like psychic powers and the psychic hood first. I still can't give characters a force weapon. I've tried every type of Inquisitor and Space Marines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
