Most of the time, the pin name on a smart graphic pin and the linked content name are one and the same. Therefore, I request:

If you link to content and the pin name is still blank, default the pin name to the name of the linked content and select the entire name in the edit box. That way, if you want to enter a different name, you can just start typing. Otherwise, you hit the okay button and off you go without having to retype the content name into the pin name.

I am pretty sure that if you don't enter a new name at all, the name of the linked content is used anyway.

Yep. The idea is to just leave it blank. Don't enter anything and the associated content's name is assumed.
