I haven't played in a while and i am getting back into it. I have already purchased a license associated with my email a couple years ago. I have contacted support with no response and was hoping you could help me track it down. I have rebuilt my computer over the past year and i have a new hard drive. Hope you can help

Can you give me the case number you should have received when you emailed our tech support address? If you don't have a case number, please send me a private message with the email address you sent the request from. Thanks!
