Hey guys !

Since the last big updates (I would say around two weeks ago) I simply can't use PDF anymore.

Hero Lab ask me to update my PDF plugins, but sadly when I attempt to do so... The installer tell me that my pdf plugins is open somewhere else, and that he can't install it.

Wich, obviously, sadden me a lot *-*

I guess this has probably more to do with my computer having some trouble, but did anyone encountered the same problem ? Or have any advice ? I would be really grateful for any help on the matter...

Thanks a lot !

The PDF plugin cannot update while hero lab is running. Next time you get the error, close hero lab and then hit the retry button. That's how I got mine to update.

Thanks a lot sir !

Strangely, the idea it was possible to close Hero Lab while uploading it didn't even cross my mind...

Same trouble here.

Had to close hero lab via task manager, than click retry.

it's now working.

Yeah I was having difficulty too. I found a thread where someone linked to the website to download to pdf plug-in so you can install outside of herolab

Here is how I had to do it:

Go to http://www.wolflair.com/index.php?co...page=downloads

Scroll down to "Companion Tools"

Click "PDF Plug-In for Windows"

Download it.

Run It.
