Hey guys !
Since the last big updates (I would say around two weeks ago) I simply can't use PDF anymore. Hero Lab ask me to update my PDF plugins, but sadly when I attempt to do so... The installer tell me that my pdf plugins is open somewhere else, and that he can't install it. Wich, obviously, sadden me a lot *-* I guess this has probably more to do with my computer having some trouble, but did anyone encountered the same problem ? Or have any advice ? I would be really grateful for any help on the matter... Thanks a lot ! |

The PDF plugin cannot update while hero lab is running. Next time you get the error, close hero lab and then hit the retry button. That's how I got mine to update.

Thanks a lot sir !
Strangely, the idea it was possible to close Hero Lab while uploading it didn't even cross my mind... |

Same trouble here.
Had to close hero lab via task manager, than click retry. it's now working. |

Yeah I was having difficulty too. I found a thread where someone linked to the website to download to pdf plug-in so you can install outside of herolab

Here is how I had to do it:
Go to http://www.wolflair.com/index.php?co...page=downloads Scroll down to "Companion Tools" Click "PDF Plug-In for Windows" Download it. Run It. |
