I might be missing either something obvious in the AB or an important forum post.
Is it possible to make to select specific chapter tactics in the AB?

I can not select allies in this last update with the new SM codex.

And also hope that I can choose arrumarem alliances according to the chapters?

Ex: Ultramaries of Primary and Secondary in White Scars.

I do not believe that chapter tactics has been implemented due to the additional complexity involved at this time
