M&M 2nd ed. is mecha and manga book in M&M Ultimate Power and Masterminds Manual

i thinking about geting the M&M Ultimate Power and Masterminds Manual for the mecha & manga book but it dont say what books are in it. is the book in it?

It's been a while, but I have those packages for M&M2 and Mecha & Manga is one of the sourcebooks listed in Configure Hero.

2E M&M basically has the basic package, and everything else. So if you get Ultimate Power, you get all of the other books as well (this is, I suspect, in part because much of those books is basically user content. I typed in much of Mecha & Manga for example, then sent it on to Colen for inclusion).
