M&M 3rd ed. Custom Files not showing?

I've used the editor to create a fix for the Throwing Mastery not being applied to Damage powers issue. I have tested the DAT and compiled it. However, it still won't allow me to select the DAT in the Configure Hero menu. section just says "no user sources defined."

I'm assuming I missed a step somewhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

NM -- it wasn't showing due to a malformed name. All working now.

For anyone who wants it: Throwing Mastery Fix

EDIT: Fixed a few issues with it not displaying correct values.
