I have been trying to build a martial artist character, and when I select multiple Fighting style advantages there are several duplicate advantages such as improved grab (I have an extra limb) and improved critical from Muay Thai and Kung Fu. Is there a way I can prevent this from happening?

Huh. The Fighting Styles should cancel out. The case with Extra Limbs is more ambiguous because of you use all of your limbs (to gain the full bonus), you lose Improved Grab.

As regards the Improved Critical, they probably ought to code for that they're both applying to Unarmed, but technically, they're not set, so there's no way for the system to know whether you want them to stack, or apply to different effects.
