M&M 3rd ed. How to add Overcome information to Affliction

So, I want to create an Affliction this is resisted by Dodge (easy to do) but Overcome by damage (no sure how to do). How can I encode this in Hero Lab?

You can either use the Customize Extra, or use this User file to add an Overcome By Extra. It's not perfect, but it's a start.
