probelm

I have a problem with the ability of selecting Items. I have some
troops the get a leader that can select items but not the squad. now
as far as I can tell its correct in the datafile but in AB it doesn't
let the leader go to the item screen. Any suggestions on where I
should look for the problem or ideas to fix it.

Have you put a number > 0 in the 'number of items' box?

Yeah there is 6 slots open. the same unit can be bought as an
indiviual and it works fine there, but i copied the record to make
it
a leader for another squad and in AB it says that it cant choose any
items.

How did you restrict the items? If you used ireg: attributes, you'll
need to add more of them for the new unit as well.

Item categories are restricted based on the unit category that is assigned
to each unit. Please check the definition file for which unit categories
are allowed access to each item category. Most likely, your item categories
are not allowed access by normal troops. This means that you need to
specifically assign the proper attributes to the units in order to give
them access to those item categories.
