I tried to compose an army with Mengil and the Manflayers and it is not to be found yet in the dogs of war allies list. Any idea when this will be fixed or is there something I am doing wrong.

You can find the rules at the UK GW site under warhammer and chronicles. It is also in a white dwarf magazine but I can't recall which one. Thanks
