You got it for Hero Lab and it works great!
Realm Works for Mac would prompt me to buy it. Thanks! |

Hey there! Mac support has been discussed in a few threads , but this thread probably gives this most info on why it's currently just for Windows and our plans for the web. I hope this clarifies things.

I am using parallels on a mac laptop running Windows 7 for Realm Works and it works fine for game my sessions. I do the heavy lifting on a PC desktop for maintaining and updating the realm and sync it to the cloud. Before a game session I update Realm Works on the Mac as needed and sync to the cloud.

i use parallels too on my mac laptop the same way lexfire does. the only thing ive noticed is that certain menu items /popups have a MASSIVE font size. it only seems to happen with realms works, and nothing else.
I realize its not a RW issue, but have any of you also seen this? |

Have not experienced the font issue you describe.

It only happens on some of the menus, and not all the time. I assume it was a windows/parallels issue. And to be fair its not the "font" per say, its as if everything gets massively zoomed in, or as if temporarily the resolution isnt paid attention to. Ive never seen it before w/parralels, and i used to use the windows herolab via parralels quite extensively before the mac version came out. Oh well.

Also I would buy Realm works if it was available for Mac, I know the reason it isn't available; however I feel if enough people are ready to buy they might put in the extra effort.

I would like to add in a vote for Linux support. I personally had to move back to using a windows device just for Realm Works. A good chunk of the open source world is gamers and at least an Ubuntu package I think would go over very well.
