Can Anyone Fix Steam Missing File Privileges Issue?

Greetings, friends. When I try to install Warhammer 40,000 on Steam, the problem "Steam Missing File Privileges" appears on my computer. Guys, I have no idea why this is happening or how to resolve the problem. Is there anyone who can help me address this problem? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, but this forum is not for whichever game you're asking about. Our programs are not for sale on Steam, although I know there are several 40k games that are. I'd recommend searching Steam's own "Support" section, which is available from each game's page in your Steam Library.
