Several of the Pathfinder Traits have bonuses of type Trait is that bonus accessible, or can it be created?

Since trait bonuses stack with anything else and each other, the existing Bonus modifier works fine.

I was looking at some other rules for traits when I found that traits do NOT stack actually. Its listed on page 2 last paragraph under "Character Trait Design Philosophy"
