Will the NPCs in the Monster Codex be released as Hero Lab files if you purchase the Codex add on? Be nice to have them available as the appear in the book already entered.

Yes, the stock portfolios of the NPCs are present.

Where do I find them then? That must be my problem, I do not see how to get to them.

Open the Encounter builder and search the database using the filter. They should be there.
