Is anyone aware if there is a way to change the cost of eveything?

My next campaign will be affected by inflation and I am curious if this can be done by creating some adjustment to alter the prices seen without manually changing them on purchase. I am guessing there isn't but thought I ask.

No. An adjustment would only change the price of something once it was added which means it would still show the old price while browsing. Unfortunately, there's no way to handle this other than to manually set the price when you go to purchase (unless you want to re-create every item in the system with a new price).
