While I was making a Shadowrun character in Hero Lab that was already locked for advancement, I accidentally selected the wrong piece of cyberware that dropped the character's essence below zero, flagging it as "dead." However, even after correcting this error and removing it, the character seems to be permanently flagged this way with holes and as dead. If I remove Essence Holes as an option, the SR5 Missions rule check throws an error. Even if I unselect both, close the portfolio, and reopen, then select them back, it goes back to the flagging. I have found no way to undo these changes or fix the mistake. Is there an option to do this somewhere that I have missed?

There's a Clear Essence Hole adjustment available on the temporary adjustments list.
