SR 5th ed. Armor Custom Fit(Stack) question

Hi There,

Not sure how to get HL to calculate the Custom Fit (Stack) bonus (+3) of the Synergist Line Longcoat with the Synergist Line Sleeping Tight suit. Right now, regardless of whether the modification checkbox is checked or not, the engine does not add the +3. What am I doing wrong?
