Those could qualify, yes. In this case, it's the monsters from the various monster manuals and other sources that I'm referring to. Currently, there's a very limited choice of creatures that can be pulled in for the Encounter Builder. The stock portfolios will fix that as anything contained within them will be available for it.

I have noticed this issue, yes. I usually have to create an entire sub-folder of portfolios just for random encounters when I DM.

As we are approaching a new release of the community set, I am also preparing the first stock portfolio release. Please note the first one will be very limited, but hey, we gotta start somewhere.

Ok, the first release of the Community Stock Portfolios is prepared to go live. It will have a very small amount of creatures, but we gotta start somewhere. For those of you already subscribed to the d20 Community Set (which is required for this to work anyway), you don't need to do anything more in order to see updates to this as well.

The first release is small, as you can see. Next one should be fuller, and also not take quite so long. There were a lot of changes I was making to how the monster races are created, and I actually changed my mind part way through due to the issues surrounding the core updates. Anyway, please enjoy and if anyone has any comments or concerns about how this is being done, please don't hesitate to contact me either here or via email.

Thank you for the offer, but I'm not quite ready for that yet. I'd like to go through the existing races and update them to a "standard" which is still sort of in flux. Once i have things a little more stable, I'll definitely be looking for help to add missing content (of which there is a lot).
