Giving a wight template to a NPC

I can't find the template to create a wight. Is it there somewhere?

Any humanoid creature that is slain by a wight becomes a wight itself in only 1d4 rounds. Spawn so created are less powerful than typical wights, and suffer a –2 penalty on all d20 rolls and checks, as well as –2 hp per HD. Wight is a race, rather than a template. There isn't currently an option to vary a wight to create a spawn, but the -2 to all rolls is best handled at the gaming table, rather than in HL, and the HP are simple to change.
