I believe the issue is Sir Nel is using a translation software like google, maybe because his native language is not English.
Togainu is correct, and LWD is very good and understanding in these sort of situations. when you ask for your first reassignment, just explain the situation and inform them you will asking again in a few weeks. Anyone who has had a personal PC for any length of time has gone through similar ordeals, they will accommodate you I am sure. I haven't been on the forum for a while, because I've been stressed out with HP. I sent him my computer to be checked out for heating problem but the computer was working perfectly fine. They told me that it would take them a couple of weeks to fix the problem and returned to my house. And that was back at October 28. They told me they would delete all information's on my hard drive and bring it back to factory settings if I left my hard drive in my laptop. So I took up the hard drive and I sent the computer to HP. And that was the last time I saw it. But the funny thing is they sent me a brand-new computer and I tried to use my old hard drive it crashed and that was this Thursday 10 December. I receive recovery disk on Monday because HP doesn't have a brain to send the recovery disk with the computer like they used to do. Now the computer is working fine I had the chance to Retrieve most of my files but none of the programs information can be used. Now I have a beautiful computer and finding out it's a lot of work to put the same information I had in the old PC. But I'm getting there and I had the chance to get on the forum and read your guys comment and I'm glad that there's a chance for me to retrieve all the stuff I bought in Hero Lab.

I believe you can have up to 4/5 licenses connected. Go to the purchase portal and "Add Secondary License"
