For what its worth the same thing happened to me after i upgraded on one of my computers (I have a laptop and a desktop which both run RealmsWorks... which is why i love the cloud synch... my desktp is a POWERFUL machine, but i bring my laptop to the games...)

Anyway, when i upgraded my desktop, my maps had "disappeared". (which was going to be a minor bummer, as i could reupload them, but i decided to quit and restart, and everything was there....
