Power cards repeating bonuses?

All my power cards seem to be repeating themselves when it comes to ability bonuses.

e.g. Arc Lightning says (for damage) "1d6 +4 (Int)+4"

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hm, maybe a different question. Is anybody else experiencing this?
