Server status/maintenance

At 5:00 PM Pacific time today, we will be taking the Hero Lab Online server, the sales server, and the account server down for maintenance. It is expected that the maintenance will be completed within half an hour.

This means Hero Lab Online will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Realm Works logins will also be unavailable. And sales for Realm Works and Hero Lab Online products will also be affected.

We are tentatively planning another short maintenance period on Monday this week during the afternoon Pacific time. This maintenance is not expected to take very long, and we will do our best to minimize server downtime as much as possible. We’ll provide more details once they are available.

During the maintenance period, logging in to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable. Sales for Realm Works and Hero Lab Online products will also be affected.

We are planning to take the account/sales server down for a short maintenance period on Friday during the afternoon Pacific time. As usual, we will minimize server downtime as much as possible. We’ll provide more details once they are available.

We're planning a Hero Lab Online release tomorrow afternoon. The exact time is TBD, but is likely to be between 12pm-4pm Pacific time. Downtime is expected to be minimal. There may be a few seconds during which the service becomes unresponsive, after which you will need to refresh your browser to get the latest update.

Sales and Realm Works should be unaffected.

Update: We're on track. The "blip" of downtime should be at some point in the next 30-40 minutes (~2:45-3:15pm Pacific).

During the maintenance, sales and license activation for Realm Works and Hero Lab Online products will be unavailable, along with the account management website.

For a brief portion of the maintenance, logging in to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable, however this portion typically lasts only a few minutes, and you’ll be unaffected if you are already logged in.

UPDATE: We are running late today. We will be taking the account/sales server down for a short maintenance period at 6pm Pacific. The maintenance is expected to be completed within half an hour.

As mentioned yesterday, for a few minutes at the beginning of the maintenance period, logging in to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable, however if you are already logged in your service will be unaffected.
