None of my players can load or sync their files. They can load any other realm, but not my current one. Any time they try, the program crashes on them. I'm fine, as the GM. Is there any way to delete Cloud data and retain local data? Then I can resync and upload the known good data on my computer?

This needs to be moved to the Realm Works forum.
However, the only options under manage data are to delete the local data, or to delete all data (and lose the realm permanently). If you can sync but your players cannot, that is almost certainly a bug and you should open a support ticket. EDIT: One of the players posted in the Realm Works forums, and got his answer.
