Actually, that is what LWD support effectively told me to do (they actually sent them in a separate ZIP file).

I sent an email to LW support asking for the workaround as recommended by Ryan. I never received a response.
So in the meantime, after reading Farling's comments, I did another clean install, only this time allowing the program to install to the default Program Files (x86) folder. I happy to report that the PDFCanvas plug-in is working now with HL64. Everything is working again. Thank you everyone. |

It might be that it doesn't work with a non-standard install location. I know that I have my HLC on my D: drive.
