Adding Feats

I am the first to admit that I almost failed my coding class, so I need help. And I looked through the help documentation, but I'm still lost. Sorry if this isn't appropriate for the forum.

Trying to add a feat that substitutes Dexterity for Strength for weapon damage rolls (or at least Weapon Finesse-able ones).

I know how to add the feat to begin with but I don't have a clue which of the other areas to edit.

Is anyone willing to help?

I would look at the code for Dervish Dancer. There is a community version available if you don't have the APG source or you can check out the tread listed below.
