I'm trying to add a spell like ability to the tiefling race for a character but I can't find an option to do so. How do I go about doing it if you don't mind?

You can do this with an adjustment - On the adjustment tab, pick "Other Adjustments" and then "Spell-Like Ability, Add". You will need to have the Community Pack, and activate "ShadowChemosh's Adjustments" for that Hero.

Can you not download the last Community Pack? I just checked and the download is working for me.
