On Wed. (Jan 26) we will be taking Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server down for maintenance at 10 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 30 minutes.

On Mon. (Jan 31) we will be taking Hero Lab Online down for maintenance at 2 PM Pacific time (10 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 5 minutes.

The account/sales server will be undergoing maintenance for approximately 20 minutes on Monday Jan. 31st at 10:55 PM Pacific Time (in UTC: Tuesday, Feb. 1st at 6:55 AM). New logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable during this time, but users who are already logged in prior to the maintenance will be unaffected.

On Thurs. (Feb. 3) we will be taking Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales server down for maintenance at 10 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 30 minutes, though it may be less.
